No acute fracture.
No dislocation.
Non-elevation of the anterior and posterior fat pad with no elbow joint effusion.
No degenerative change.
No suspicious osseous lesions.
Normal soft tissue.
No radiopaque foreign body.

Adult with elbow joint effusion, no fracture

No acute fracture. Anterior humeral line intersects the middle third of the capitellum, normal.
No dislocation. Normal radiocapitellar alignment.
Non-elevation of the anterior and posterior fat pad with no elbow joint effusion.
No joint erosions.
No suspicious osseous lesions.
Normal soft tissue.
No radiopaque foreign body.

Adult with elbow joint effusion and radial head fracture

Non-displaced acute radial head fracture.
Elevation of the anterior and posterior fat pad representing elbow joint effusion.
No dislocation.
No degenerative change.
No suspicious osseous lesions.
Normal soft tissue.
No radiopaque foreign body.

Adult or child with supracondylar fx and disruption anterior humeral line

Acute supracondylar fracture. Anterior humeral line does not intersect the middle third of the capitellum.
Elevation of the anterior and posterior fat pad with elbow joint effusion.
No dislocation. Normal radiocapitellar alignment.
No joint erosions.
No suspicious osseous lesions.
Normal soft tissue.
No radiopaque foreign body.

Adult or child with supracondylar fx, without disruption anterior humeral line

Acute supracondylar fracture. Elevation of the anterior and posterior fat pad with elbow joint effusion.
Anterior humeral line intersects the middle third of the capitellum, normal.
No dislocation. Normal radiocapitellar alignment.
No joint erosions.
No suspicious osseous lesions.
Normal soft tissue.
No radiopaque foreign body.
